We have begun our sheep farm research in collaboration with Shimane University.  Our current focus is on testing grass production and water management. This study is also related to RWS certification. In addition, NHK will soon broadcast a documentary program featuring our project. We were interviewed extensively for it!

We have had a shearing season now. Much to our delight, the wool is of such wonderful quality that our sheep may have had a good year.  We are looking forward to seeing what products this wool will be. We are preparing a farm operation manual based on the RWS certification criteria with experts. A  Chairman and Manager of KE’KEN Textile Testing & Certification Centre ( https://www.jwif.org/english/ ) visited our farm and consulted how to achieve it. We will have an ongoing relationship with them.

The sheep have had a long woolly year.Spring has come and the weather is warming up.Shearing is coming soon.Shearing will make the sheep cooler.What kind of textiles will be produced from the wool of these sheep?Look forward to it!

Our sheep are doing well, we are preparing for shearing next month. We have started the process of self-declaring a Responsible Wool Standard this year. This makes our practice better.

February 6 to February 8, 2024Exhibiting at Premiere Vision Paris Maison d’Executions！ This time we will be making new proposals for color development using vegetable dyes and colored wools.We will also exhibit newly developed nonwovens using needle punch machines. And we can produce textiles with any desired structure or pattern using our yarns. We hope to see you at PV Paris!
